Service Agreements
All commercial mechanical work is performed pursuant to a signed service agreement or approved estimate outlining the agreed scope, materials, and labor rates.
Payment Terms
Invoices for commercial services are due upon receipt unless prior credit arrangements have been established in writing with our financial administration department.
Warranties & Limitations
Our labor is backed by standard warranty terms. Warranties do not cover equipment failure resulting from third-party tampering, neglect, or poor water quality.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
